	Brackmann Development Group is a local, family owned residential and commercial builder. Back in 1984, Jim Brackmann started out as Brackmann Construction Company, building one house at a time. Today, the same 'one house at a time' philosophy is still a priority.
The Brackmann's perform most of the work themselves. From concrete and framing, to siding and interior trim. They build about 15 to 17 homes per year. This ensures top quality workmanship, and allows the Brackmann's to personally manage every detail. Don't be surprised when you stop by the Sales Office and see Jim, Corey or Craig Brackmann covered in concrete or sawdust.
